Lampreia, Chagas, Lima & Trinité - Galeria

With this concert I think we made a significant work. A combination sometimes soft but also brutal and depressing, around the electronics and the winds or percussion instruments originalities, sounding not always in an orthodox manner.
There are duets, trios and tuttis with high and low density circulating in accidents of spontaneity and inevitability as if it were the seasons. There are storm and calm; there are approaches to nature and urbanism, the past and the future. Above all, there is the concept of music in its deepest sense - the freedom of creation.
What actually happened was that this group of musicians, most of us Portuguese pioneers of improvisation, joined after nearly 30 years for a single moment in the collapse of apathy on the Lisbon art. Of course we had accomplished this work with the experience from past lives with big names of this aesthetic, but also on the way to new and reinvented sound solutions that are born every day in our guts.
